Seems they don't want to play well together. Any one having issues with anything else? I've been holding off on updating my OD sub to see how things would work with this anniversary update.
Is that a custom shadow? Can you post screenshots of the config? (Both foreground and background.)
If not custom, what shadow is it?
It's the Gren Mist shadow. No matter what one I choose, including custom, that's what it does. It doesn't go all the way around, just the bottom. Here's a full SS with both back and foreground.
One other thing...in my Start Menu, under Stardock, I now have this.....
I haven't clicked on it, cause I'm not sure what the hell will happen. It reads 'Microsot Windows Operating System'.
Just right click on it and check the Properties to see what it opens.
Immascared-to.
And I just noticed I have it on the other PC as well.
Right clicking on it gives me the option to Pin to Start or More>Pin to Taskbar and nothing else.
Trying from different area and I get this...
Without actually clicking on it, it LOOKS like it might be a link to the Control Panel????
Yikes, I have it too!
It has a date of 10/30/2015. Funny how I never noticed it in the Stardock menu.
Ya if I type that full target into the search field it opens up the control panel. I don't happen to have it in the Stardock folder, don't know what's going on there.
I totally blame MS.
Open a run dialog [WindowsKey+r] and type "winver" then enter. Tell me what the version and build you have please.
Same build in other PC as well (Version and OSBuild)
Po.I'm trying to reproduce the issue. In the meantime, what DOES happen if you make a custom shadow that has super big shadows?
Well, nuts.
I installed WFX in pre-anniversary Windows 10
Upgraded
and here I am:

The same thing happens if I use installed shadows or customshadows. I had it installed in the pre-anniversary OS and updated like you did. I then uninstalled it and reinstalled it (ShadowFX) to see if that would clear it up and no go.
Tried to duplicate your screenshot and saw the issue.
When I uninstalled it the first time, it told me there was a newer version when I reinstalled, and I clicked the box to install the newer version but it didn't install. I uninstalled it again and did the reinstall again and it told me there was a new version again and this time it installed. Now it's all good. Thanks!
I just checked the other PC and it had 1.11 installed. When I asked it to check for an update it said there wasn't one.
So I uninstalled 1.11
Then reinstalled and was asked if I wanted the update that was avilable (?)
I clicked yes and it downloaded the update BUT proceeded to reinstall 1.11 even though it told me it was downloading the update.
So I uninstalled 1.11 again and reinstalled what was downloaded into my folder, which had no number, but todays date, so I assumed it was the one just downloaded.
And now I have version 1.12 and it's all good on the other PC. I don't know if it's Windows, me, or Stardock, but there seems to be some kind of issue with the updating on this particular app.
