Ya know those big inflatable "bounce houses" you see in movies and such. Yup that's what we do.

Over the past 4 years I've gone through no less than 40 people between the ages of 18 and 28 who seem to want nothing but to collect a bloated paycheck while doing a half ass job and taking no responsibility for any of the vehicles or equipment we entrust them with.

This year due to certain circumstances we had decided that I would mainly work from home only being on site when absolutely necessary. Figured we could get one of the guys who has been here for a couple years to take some responsibility and make my life slightly easier. It's been about a month or so since our season really kicked off. After spending about 10 hours a day on our busy days taking and making phone calls to fix the disastrous screw ups that are occuring, this week I'll be starting back to going in and take care of things on a regular basis on top of the other work I was doing from here about 55 hours a week already.

And as if that isn't bad enough they have also managed to convince me that common sense was somehow genetically weeded out in the late 70s to early 80s.

I feel your pain.

<pubDateParsed>2008-07-06T00:28:20</pubDateParsed>
zakai1369 on Where's My Po?

You heard the Big Guy.
